people that are not my friends

they seem t stay... but then they run away.. well one is texting me pointless things and then saying i would ask a question but u just answered it so never mind!... UGHHHHH and what is it that u wont stop texting me BUT you want nothing to do with me and dont want to see me but your fine with annoying me and not stopping texting me!?!?! whats up with that?
